Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BizSuite Technologies' platforms (including CliniqCare, BizBooks, and EventPix), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. WhatsApp Business API

Our platform facilitates communication via the WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. BizSuite is a technical facilitator and is not responsible for any account suspensions by Meta resulting from policy violations by the user.

3. Responsibility for Consent

Crucial: As a client of BizSuite, you are the Data Fiduciary. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every person you message via our platform has given explicit, verifiable consent to be contacted. You must immediately stop messaging any user who opts out.

4. Billing & Credits

Usage of the WhatsApp Gateway requires pre-paid credits. These credits are non-refundable once consumed. SaaS subscription fees are billed monthly/yearly and must be paid in full to maintain platform access.

5. Limitation of Liability

BizSuite Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any Meta-imposed bans.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
